The assignment, if you choose to accept it, is a recipe from Aaron McCargo, Jr. who is the host of Food Network's Big Daddy's House. He was the 2008 winner of their show The Next Food Network Star.
Find one of his recipes that suits you and try it this week. We'll post about it on Sept. 2. You post on your blog the recipe, your review, and a picture if you have it. I'll set up a Mr. Linky. Non-bloggers can email me the recipe you tried (or a link to it on Food Network), your review and picture, if you like.
