Brenda asked about the garlic dip I make with the beer bread. I use the Tastefully Simple Garlic, Garlic mix for my dip (which got me hooked on the beer bread, as they also sold beer bread mix for big bucks) but I just did a search for a copy cat recipe and found one! Looks like I won't have to buy the dip mix anymore either :) This is good news as it's pretty pricey as well.
Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. granulated garlic
3 Tbsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 C mayo
16 oz sour cream
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients. Chill for one hour before serving.
